What warranties do you offer on the parts you sell? +

Confidence is built into every product we stock. Our warranty coverage by product type:

Most Parts — 1-Year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

ProMax / P1 Batteries — 24-Month replacement warranty (production sticker must be intact; battery must test "Defective" on our diagnostics).

Monroe OEM Spectrum Shocks & Struts — Limited Lifetime Warranty for the duration of vehicle ownership.

Walker Exhaust Components — Limited Lifetime Warranty on select products.

All warranties cover part replacement only. Labor, towing, diagnostics, and loss-of-use expenses are not covered under any manufacturer warranty program.

What is your return policy? +

Non-warranty returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, in original, sellable condition and packaging, subject to a 25% restocking fee.

The following are final sale and non-returnable under any circumstance:

How do I file a warranty claim? +

We keep it simple — no lengthy forms, no manufacturer back-and-forth at your expense. Bring the part to our counter at 32 Greenwood Ave, East Orange with your proof of purchase (or be a Rewards member) and we handle it from there.

Step 1: Bring your receipt or Washington Rewards account info.

Step 2: Our team inspects and verifies the defect. Batteries are tested on our in-store diagnostics.

Step 3: Approved claims receive immediate replacement or credit at the counter.
Are electrical parts and special orders returnable? +

No. All electrical components (sensors, modules, switches, ECUs, alternators, starters) and special-order parts are final sale.

This policy exists because electrical components can be damaged by installation attempts even when they appear intact, and special-order parts are sourced specifically for your vehicle and cannot be restocked.

If you have any uncertainty about whether a part is correct before purchasing, ask our counter team first — we would rather confirm the right part upfront than have you stuck with a part you can't use.
