Limited Lifetime Coverage
Two of our premier product lines carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty — meaning as long as you own your vehicle, the manufacturer stands behind the part. These are products we are proud to stock and confident to recommend.
Important: "Limited Lifetime" means the warranty is limited to the original purchaser for the duration of vehicle ownership. It covers defects in manufacturing — not damage from accidents, improper installation, or normal wear beyond manufacturer specifications. Original receipt or Washington Rewards account required for all claims.
Return Policy
To maintain our elite delivery speed and competitive pricing, all non-warranty returns are subject to a restocking fee. Parts must be returned in the original, sellable condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase.
Certain categories are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstance. These items are excluded from all return and exchange programs once sold.
