Personal Guarantee & Terms
  1. Cash Accounts — Payment for all purchases are due upon delivery and/or the same day by the close of business.
  2. Weekly Accounts — Payment for all purchases are due at the end of the week by close of business.
  3. Monthly Accounts — Statement is generated on the 1st of the month and due by the 10th. All monies paid will be applied to the oldest invoices unless otherwise specified. All accounts are subject to a monthly late fee of 1½% on all past due balances. The terms and contracts are enforceable in the courts of Essex County, NJ. By submitting this application, I authorize Washington Auto Parts (MESG Corp) to investigate and verify my individual/company credit and all information listed above. I agree that if my account is turned over to an attorney, I will be responsible for all collection costs of 33.333%, including costs of court and all related fees. A service charge of $35 will be incurred for any returned check. Statements are sent via Email, Fax, or delivered upon request.
  4. The undersigned personally guarantees and agrees to pay when due, or on demand, the full amount due to Washington Auto Parts (MESG Corp), plus attorney fees and collection costs. I understand that in the event of default, Washington Auto Parts (MESG Corp) will pursue me for the amount due and may report on my personal credit file.
